FAQ

Do you confirm bookings manually?
Yes — every booking is reviewed and approved before activation.
Can I change or cancel?
Free rescheduling up to 24h in advance.
Payment?
Card payment after approval, or on-site by arrangement.
Are there shops nearby?
Yes — the Haarlemmerstraat and Haarlemmerdijk are thriving shopping streets including supermarkets (Albert Heijn) at both ends. There are also coffeeshops and restaurants nearby.
Is there parking?
Yes — there is paid parking in the area and underground parking at Willemspoort (Willemspoort, Haarlemmer Houttuinen 549, 1013 GM Amsterdam) and further at IJdock (Interparking IJDock, IJdok 33, 1013 MM Amsterdam). There is also a loading bay right in front of the office.
Are there restrooms?
Yes — there is a single, modern restroom with a basin.
Is there a kitchen?
Yes — a small kitchenette with a dishwasher and low fridge, as well as a Nespresso machine and tea maker.
What about plates, glasses and cutlery?
All provided — find them in the bar. Coffee and teacups are in the kitchen cabinets (left side, top left).
Do we need to clean?
No — cleaning is included in the service fee, but please use common sense and leave the space tidy (rubbish collected and in bins or tied up, glasses on the bar, plates in the kitchen).
How do we get in?
There is a keybox — we’ll send the code and instructions before your booking.
Is there outside space?
Not inside the building (it’s a railway arch), but there is a wide and safe pavement where you can gather.
How does Wi-Fi work?
It’s 5G mobile Wi-Fi — we’ll share the code with you. The music system (Sonos), TV, and Chromecast are all connected.
How do I present on the TV?
You can connect via cable or Chromecast — both are available.
Can I move furniture?
Yes — please let us know in advance so we can either assist or provide guidance.
